T...I agree that kumquats are unusual to work with. The seeds are the worst! I made Kumquat flavored Vodka. I just cleaned & sliced a pint of kumquats and then pureed them with a splash of vodka and a tablespoon of sugar in my food processor. Then I add the kumquat mixture and a bottle of vodka to a plastic container with a lid (shake a few times) and refrigerate. No need to remove the seedsJulie Sorotskynoreply@blogger.com
