Those were really good! My preferred method with potatoes is roasting, and sweet potatoes become heavenly when roasted. It surprised me that you did not peel them, as I did not notice the skin:)
I am joining you on this "superfoods" ride (we had beets, quinoa, and pomegranate seeds already - all in the same dish, but who cares?)
BTW, can you tell me how to add the FBLA badge
