@Anon - I don't have the exact recipe - I took this photo at a cooking demo last weekend at the Foodbuzz Blogger Festival in San Francisco.
Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger of Border Grill fame have been working with the wild Alaskan seafood people to develop recipes, and I think some of them are here:
