Rhonda - I didn't actually bring home any truffles, as I can get them (in season) at my local farmers market in Santa Monica. But if you're in the area, come on over today. I've got white and black Oregon truffles in my refrigerator! The black ones are infusing olive oil, the white ones infusing butter as I type....
Looks like some great inspiration for Trufflepalooza 2012!
